How far in advance should I place my order?

As all our cakes are custom-designed and freshly baked, we recommend booking at least 1 to 2 weeks in advance for celebration and birthday cakes, and 4 to 8 weeks in advance for multi-tier wedding cakes. For last-minute requests or Canned Cake batches, message us on WhatsApp and we will do our best to accommodate you!

What areas do you serve and deliver to?

We are proudly based in Liverpool and provide delivery across Liverpool (City Centre, South Liverpool, North Liverpool, Crosby, Allerton, Woolton) and surrounding Merseyside areas. Collection is also available by appointment.

Absolutely! We specialize in bespoke cake design. Simply send your reference pictures, color themes, or invitation moodboard via our Custom Cake Builder or WhatsApp, and we will tailor a design uniquely for your celebration.

Do you offer eggless or dietary options?

Yes! Many of our signature flavors (including Vancho, Chocolate Truffle, and Red Velvet) can be made completely eggless upon request. Please let us know of any dietary requirements or allergies when booking.

How do I confirm my order and pay?

Once we confirm your cake specifications and date over WhatsApp, we will provide a clear quotation. A small deposit secures your booking date in our baker's calendar, with the remaining balance settled before delivery or upon collection.
